Insulated mechanical junction connectors with shear-head bolts

Here-above products are designed as practical alternative to the crimping method. Mechanical shear head joint connectors are designed for medium and low voltage applications. The head always shear off at required moment of torque. Shear head bolts ensure precise tightening control of the insulated junction mechanical connectors or terminal lugs. No torque wrench is required for bolt adjustment. The mechanical connectors and lugs are similar in many ways both in application and usage (terminal lugs or junction sleeves). Niled propose a special maintaining key “CM” for easier installation of the mechanical junction connectors or terminal lugs).

The proposed range of NILED pré-insulated mechanical junction connectors includes very wide range of cross sections. For ensuring the best quality, the whole range is tested rigorously upon series of the parameters. Electrical installers will find LV and MV solutions, and specific range of shear head mechanical connectors for all classes of conductors. The pre-insulated connectors are used for insulated cables assignated 0,6/1kV Alu or copper conform to IEC60228.
